Welcome back and Happy New Year! I hope that everyone found some time to rest, relax, and recharge, Now that we're back, let's focus on making the most of what's left of our first semester!
Continuing on with Unit 6: Polygons and Quadrilaterals
This week, we will continue on with our study of how to determine which shape has been graphed based on its characteristics. For this, we will need to use the midpoint, slope, and distance formulas to support what we know and present it in a two-column proof. We will dive deeper into this with our "Quadrilateral Detectives in Training" partner project. Students should expect to see a short formative this week so that I can provide feedback on our learning progress. Additionally, students will participate in our winter MAP testing this week.
