This week, we will focus on relationships formed when two parallel lines are cut by a transversal. During class on Monday, students will complete an activity through the Desmos app in order to "discover" these relationships. We will spend the rest of the week working with these relationships and applying our knowledge in a two-column proof in order to prove that two lines are parallel. Students should expect to see a formative or two this week in order to make sure that we are on the right track.
